Popsicle Production Line Overview:
Popsicles (also known as "ice lollies") are a type of frozen dessert typically made by mixing ingredients such as juice, sugar, water, and dairy products, then filling, shaping, and freezing. This production line must meet requirements for efficient filling, rapid freezing, and hygiene and safety. It is suitable for both small and medium-sized cold drink factories and large food companies.

The production line's main equipment consists of the following:
1. Raw Material Pretreatment System

Mixing Tank: Stainless steel, equipped with an agitator, for mixing juices, syrups, additives, etc.

Filtration Equipment: Removes impurities and ensures a uniform, particle-free liquid.

Sterilization Equipment (Optional): Pasteurization or UHT sterilization extends shelf life.

2. Filling and Sealing Machine

Fully Automatic Filling Machine: Provides precise metering (typically 10-200ml/can) and supports a variety of mold shapes (cylindrical, flat, etc.).

Sealing Method: Heat seal or ultrasonic sealing ensures a tight seal.

Material: Food-grade PE/PP plastic film, customizable color printing and packaging.

3. Freeze Molding System

Quick Freezing Tunnel: Rapid freezing at -30°C to -40°C (setting in 30-60 minutes).

Cold Storage: For finished product storage (below -18°C).

4. Auxiliary Equipment
