Food Factory Filling Machine Aseptic Single Head Filling Equipment
(1)The equipment uses human-computer interface and PLC automatic control system, which is intuitive and convenient to operate, with self-testing, production data recording and protection functions.
(2)The equipment is equipped with aseptic room, and the aseptic bag pulling cap, filling and capping are all operated automatically under the aseptic environment.
(3)Steam is used in the aseptic chamber to sterilize the aseptic chamber and the mouth of the bag, and the aseptic chamber is always kept under positive pressure during the production process to avoid the outside air from entering the aseptic chamber.
(4)The aseptic chamber is kept at 90-98ºC (can be set according to the process) to ensure its aseptic state, equipped with temperature probe, when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the equipment stops filling and the alarm prompts the operator.
(5)The filling head is equipped with a cap-pulling confirmation system, which means that the aseptic cap will be automatically filled only after it is correctly pulled off, so as to avoid product contamination in the aseptic chamber.
(6)A vacuum system is used in the filling chamber to pump out condensate and dirt from the aseptic chamber.
