1.RO Water treatment machine

Manufacturer of reverse osmosis water purification systems for high purity, municipal and industrial water. Available in smaller, pre-engineered industrial skidded systems, large flow custom reverse osmosis water systems or mobile trailer units. Applications include perchlorate removal from drinking and ground water, nitrate removal from ground water, raw water pretreatment and tertiary wastewater treatment. Reverse osmosis replacement membranes and mobile water services also available.

 

2.Seawater desalinator

3.Quartz sand filter

Sand filter is used to separate suspended impurities in water. Pressured filters have advantages such as high-speed treatment, less occupied space and low cost.

Metal body of pressured filter is    cylindrical in shape which involved a sand bed.     The water, which should be treated, enters into the upper part of filter, passes through a bed of filter and then is  accumulated at the bottom and then is used. The drop in water pressure is increased due to the accumulation of suspended particles in the filter bed. If the drop in pressure exceeds a certain limit, the filter is washed. In order to wash the filter,water flow is reversed not only to expand the filter bed but also to remove pollution.

4.Active carbon filter

Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filtration systems use the adsorptive qualities of the media to remove highly dispersed compounds from water sources too small for the removal with standard multi-media filtration technology. These automatic filtration systems are extremely effective in removing chlorine and chlorine related compounds, organic chemicals, tastes and odors, halogenated organic compounds, hydrocarbons and other highly dispersed contaminants.All industrial media filters utilize our simple backwash system for ease of operation and consistent water quality. The automatically controlled filter systems operate for extended periods of time prior to a short backwash cycle.


5.Sodium Ion exchanger

The Ion Exchanger is a new-type researched and developed on basis of importing and absorbing advanced technologies overseas, as well as combining different water quality in each industries. The exchanger comprises an exchange column and several controlling valves. The cation (anion) resins devices are mounted in the exchange column, water flows through the cation (anion) resins and remove cation (anion) ion from the water, hereby achieving the aim of desalting.


6. Precision filter

Cartridge filter, also known as security filters, generally set before the pressure vessel to remove the tiny particles whose turbidity above 1 degree, to meet the requirements of the follow-up process of water; sometimes, it is also set at the end of the entire water system to prevent small particles (such as broken resin) into the finished water.

7.Reverse Osmosis(for pure water)

Reverse Osmosis is the device that uses semi-permeable membrane under the pressure difference's function to make the salt water desalination and purification. It is on the contrary of natural direction, so it is called reverse osmosis. It can remove more than 97% solubility of salts in the water and more than 99% of the gel, micro-organisms, and particulate organic matter and so on, can reach the national standards totally after treatment by this device. It is the first choice equipment of purified water. RO usually has I and II.

  

8.Ultra Hollow fiber filter(for mieral water)

This equipment uses high polymer material through special craft to make the asymmetric membrane, under the pressure function, the original fluid flows outside the membrane or inside the membrane, in which the high polymer material, as well as the colloid granule is prevented in the membrane surface, they are carried off by circulatory flowing original fluid and then become the concentrated solution, thus achieve the goal of material separation, concentration and depuration.

 

9.UV sterilizer machine

UV sterilizer is made by high-quality stainless steel, this material is effective for the reflection of ultraviolet and will not rust, do not exist the hazardous metal pollution problem, in line with the requirements of the health food industry, the structure of the sterilizer is a under pressure container. The product adopts high-intensity, high-pressure, long using life ultra-violet disinfection lamp.
