Fruit Jam Concentrated Jam Processing Line

(1) Selection of raw materials: choose fresh fruit with appropriate maturity, bright red color, no pests, strong fragrance, and more than 5% soluble solids as raw materials.
(2) Cleaning machine: Remove the stalk of the selected blackberry fruit, and wash off the sediment, pathogenic bacteria and residual pesticides attached to it with clean water.
(3) Crushing machine: This process is important to the viscosity of blackberry juice. There are two methods of hot crushing and cold crushing. Generally, hot crushing is used in production. On the one hand, the juice yield is high, and on the other hand, the enzyme is passivated quickly. The viscosity of blackberry juice is high, and the juice is not easy to be layered.
However, the difference in thermal crushing temperature and time has a great influence on the viscosity of blackberry juice, and viscosity is an important factor affecting the stability and flavor of the juice.
(4) pulping and filtering: the crushed blackberry are quickly beater by pulping machine to obtain blackberry juice.
(5) Preparation: Weigh an appropriate amount of white sugar, citric acid and stabilizer into a small amount of hot distilled water to dissolve, then mix with blackberry juice evenly, and use distilled water to make up the volume to an appropriate concentration by vacuum concentration machine .
(6) Homogenization: Put the prepared blackberry juice into the homogenizer to homogenize, further refine the pulp and prevent precipitation.
(7) Sterilization: Pasteurize the homogenized blackberry juice
(8) Hot filling: The sterilized blackberry juice is quickly filled into a sterilized glass bottle or sachet bags or then sealed.
