1. The forming system we choose our own patent rectangular forming method, this system made the runing much more stable, the function much more reliable, the exterior appearance of the product much perfect.
2. We choose roll extrusion as the carton conveyer, the fixed amount, cutting carton and forming system we use mechanical transmission multilayer push-draw mode, makes the machine runs much more stable.
3. Automatic finished all the steps, which includes run over the scroll reposefully, print the date and batch number, stick platsic tape, chemical and physical sterilizing, roll into cylinder, filling material, sealing-off, molding, cutting and horn-shaped.
4. The design blend into modern"optical, mechanical and electronic integration" and skillful manufacture. We choose closed loop to control the tension, use opto-electricity for detection, PLC control the system, oversaw and operatred by human-machine interface, radiant heat and high frequency induction heating put to work skillfully then make the sealing much firm and reliable in cross and vertical direction, use mechanical as main drive and barometric as assistant drive. Scientific and reasonable use, we make this machine operating freely and stable.
5. Teh main transmission is mechanical and the auxiliary drive is vapor-pressure type. Scientifically and rationally use, made the machine runs much more freely and stable.
