Automatic Plate sterilization machine is designed for dairy products, fruit juices,
beverages or similar liquid materials. The material through sterilization and cooling to extend the shelf life.

Usage
Suitable for milk, juice drinks, alcohol and other heat-sensitive liquid heating, sterilization, insulation and cooling process requirements.
Specific Scope: dairy products, yogurt, soy milk, sterilized milk, ice cream, UHT milk, tea drinks, purified water, juice drinks, functional beverages, vegetable protein drinks, carbonated beverages, syrups, beer, wine, soy sauce, vinegar and so on.

2.sterilization time is short, ensures that the material nutrients are not destroyed;

4.heat transfer good effect, high heat recovery rate, less energy consumption;
5.major control components, valves and fittings are made of imported parts, long life;
6.using PLC control, automatic control each section of the material heating temperature, hot water temperature, steam flow regulator etc. With material automatic return system to ensure that the material reaches 100% sterilization effect;
7.simple structure, easy to clean, easy operation, low maintenance costs.
8.sterilization temperature: 65-137 °C, automatic control, control accuracy ± 1 °C,holding time: 4~ 30s.
