Part 1 Introduction

The bread dough forming machine includes 4sets of machines----main frame, stuff filling machine, nipping machine and cutting machine. The nipping machine is just for making round-shape bread, and the cutting machine is just for making square-shape bread. You can choose either of them or both of them. It's up to what kind of bread you are going to make.
