1.Description: The cooling tunnel is with a total length of 12 meters, front and rear drive parts are 2 meters, insulation cover part is 10 meters, cooling belt : conveyor belt width 800mm, (food grade Pu with s=1.8mm), with automatic correction function, equipped with 2 sets of 5 HP of chiller and evaporator (refrigeration machine for Copeland brand, in the form of cooling air cooling evaporator outlet is arranged 6K heating pipe (dehumidifying) (Copeland air-cooled type), conveyor belt line speed: 4~15m/min
2.Material: cooling tunnel rack is made of SS 304 stainless steel (40*60 rectangular tube), and conveying belt below the underplate is made of SS304 stainless steel bending (stainless steel plate thickness S=1mm), below the support plate insulation around the plate and evaporator insulation board, and the upper cover with stainless steel split bend forming middle high density foam board (high density foam insulation layer thickness S=30mm) (frame aluminum groove). Insulation cover with gas support cross open and easy cleansing.
