Food Industry Sterilizer Automatic Retort Machine
1. The function of the retort machine is to make the food accept the three processes of heating, heat preservation and cooling in aclosed environment, so as to control the pathogenic bacteria in the food within a certain amount, prevent reproduction within the set shelf life, and keep the nutritional components of the food from being damaged.
2. It is a special high-temperature disinfection equipment for food manufacturers such as flexible packaging, tinplate, glass bottle and gas box.
3. The retort machine is composed of pot body, pot cover, opening device, locking wedge,safety interlocking device, track, sterilization basket, steam nozzle and several pipe orifices.

Water immersion retort uses the unique liquid flow switching technology to improve the uniformity of temperature inside the retort vessel.
5. Hot water is prepared in advance in the hot water tank to start the sterilization process at high temperature and achieve the fast temperature rising, after sterilization, hot water is recycled and pumped back to the hot water tank to achieve the purpose of energy-saving.
