Product Usage:
The device is used for concentration of liquid materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, fixed powder, monosodium glutamate, dairy, chemical, etc., and is especially suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materials. The user can select the specification according to the amount of liquid material.


Description:
1. It adopts the combination of external heating natural circulation and vacuum evaporation, and the evaporation speed is fast, and the concentrated specific gravity can reach 1.25-1.4.
2. The liquid is concentrated under vacuum in a fully enclosed state, and the concentrated material has no pollution, strong medicinal taste and uniform cream.
3. Using secondary simultaneous evaporation, the secondary steam can be fully utilized to save energy, and the energy consumption can be saved by 43% compared with the single-effect type, and the dissolved coal can be recovered at the same time.
4. The top cover of the heater and evaporation chamber adopts the structure of the arm, and the upper cover of the heater can be opened for cleaning, which is convenient and thorough, saving time and labor.
