It is the second generation machine produced on the technology improvement of Japan, Korea S.. it can produce soy-bean milk , bean curd , jellied bean curd , lactone bean curd ,etc.

On basis of traditional raw material , if adding  vegetable and fruit juice per reasonable percentage , the white bean curd would become colorful also with rich nutrient.

There are many ways to cook soybeans. Accroding to different ways, the soy milk will different taste and mouthfeel.

 

In general, there are two ways of making soy milk and tofu

The first is Raw soybean technology.  This is the most common kind of soybean milk production now in industry.

Soak Soybean → Grind and Separate to Soy milk and Soy residue (two or three times) → Boil Soy milk and do tofu

The Second is Cook soybean technology. The Cook Soybean Technology is now the most an advanced soybean milk processing way in the world.
Soak Soybean → Grind Soybean → Boil Soybean and Soybean Residues → Separate to Soybean milk and Residues ,then do tofu
 
The difference between the two technologies is whether soybean milk and soybean residues are boiled together. The cook soybean technology can keep the nutrition of the soybean has been the largest retention, the taste of beans is also the best preserved. But cooking together will make soybean milk and bean sticky together, it is difficult to separate. Our machine is equipped with the new type screw extruder, can be separated from the cleanest soybean milk, and soybean protein extraction rate reaches 75%.
