Vacuum evaporation is an evaporation operation under vacuum. In the vacuum evaporation process, the final secondary steam is usually condensed in the hybrid condenser. The characteristic of vacuum evaporation is that the boiling point of the solution is reduced at low pressure and a large amount of water is evaporated with less steam.
Falling film evaporator:
Falling film evaporation is that the feed liquid is added from the upper tube box of the heating chamber of the falling film evaporator, and evenly distributed to each heat exchange tube through the liquid distribution and film-forming device. Under the action of gravity, vacuum induction and air flow, the feed liquid flows uniformly from top to bottom. In the process of flow, it is heated and vaporized by shell side heating medium, and the steam and liquid phase jointly enter the separation chamber of the evaporator.
